Which inspection should I choose?
Choose Residential for an existing home or condo, Commercial for a commercial building, Licensed Mold Assessment for mold concerns, or Phase Inspections for a home being built. If you’re unsure, call or text us to discuss your property and goals.
When should I schedule a pre-drywall inspection?
Contact Elite early, before drywall is installed, so timing and safe access can be coordinated with your builder. Share the current stage and expected concealment date when requesting a quote.
Can I combine additional services?

Does an inspection certify code compliance?
