INFRARED THERMAL IMAGING
Thermal imaging is a non invasive way of evaluating conditions below the surface because everything from faulty wiring to the presence of termites to mold to wet insulation effects the surrounding temperature, heat sensitive photography can reveal these and other issues that just can not be seen by the naked eye or with conventional or digital photography. We can provide thermal imaging reports where we document the hidden fault for corrective action or to prioritize repairs.
Thermal imaging is also useful for energy audits because you can see exactly where cold air is entering the home or heat being lost, along with energy dollars. These cameras can also detect dangerous electrical hotspots or the presence of moisture which can lead to harmful mold.
Thermal imaging will deliver more thorough in-depth inspections due to the fact that we were able to view what can’t be seen with the naked eye.
Drone Aerial imaging
With several FAA – registered and certified drone inspectors on staff, we can help you get that “bird’s eye” view of your roof.
Why do we conduct drone inspections?
Well, sometimes the limitations of walking a roof will prevent us from observing many areas. The inaccessibility those is due to height, materials, type or other conditions that makes the roof unsafe to walk, and allow a limited view of it.
With drone inspection, we can provide you with an additional view of your roof and often spot otherwise non-visible, roof defects!
AIR QUALITY TESTING
The enviromentel Protection Agency (EPA) estimates that we spend most of our lives Indoors.
It is important to maintain good air quality in our home and working environment.
Air quality testing will test air for mold spores and allergens in the air. Our experts will take samples inside the home and a sample outside the home and will be sent to a lab for processing. The outside sample will act as a control sample.
If the spores levels are elevated in reference to the control, there may be a mold or moisture issue in the property. A professional las report will be generated with an easy explanation of the Air Quality
findings.
